Gilbert is very knowledgeable technician ,he gets the task done quickly and provides an excellent customer service...He replaced my old 2004 model A/C thermostat and wired the Nest 4th generation thermostat + thermostat sensor ...he verified and test ran the a/c and also conducted a walk through on how to program the thermostat with cell phone Google Home app ...it's works great ....

Frank from Autumn Air fix my air conditioner again. I have an old system and every time it has gone out Frank comes out and services the unit. He is spot on with his diagnostics and communicates effectively. I would highly recommend Autumn to any customer looking for a competent, customer focused company. Their staff is knowledgeable, competent and understand how to treat a customer.

This place is great! I have been in my hime for 6 years and nearly every year there's an issue wither either our A/C or Heater. I've tried many companies, usually being charged for emergency calls.
We had an issue a few days ago and so I searched for another new company trying to find one that is polite over the phone and won't price gouge me while my family and I are suffering in the heat.
I called in and spoke with an extremely nice young lady only to find out later that she is the daughter of the owner and who the company was named after, Autumn. Autumn was very professional and did her best to answer as many questions as she could without ever making me feel like I was being a bother.
I learned that these guys are a 24/7 service and their rates are the same no matter the time of day. Super cool.
Kolby was my technician and he was very nice and professional. Not only did he offer to cleanup after himself, he even made it a point to wear disposable shoe covers over his boots anytime he was entering the house. Very classy. He diagnosed the issue swiftlyal had us back up and running within 30 mins (that included about 20 minutes of me distracting him). He answered all of my questions I had about our system. I am now much more educated about our system and will likely be making some upgrades soon.
Without a doubt, I recommend this company. 10 out of 10. Additionally, I fully endorse Kolby. Whatever you are paying him I suggest increasing it. It costs companies more to hire a new guy then it does to offer a raise especially cuz there's no guarantee they'll be good and no chance they'll be as good as him.

Frank and Autumn AC were wonderful. Scheduling, constant communication, the AC service, everything. Frank was pleasant, knew his stuff, shared things about my rooftop AC unit that I didn't know, advised of future needs, and didn't try to upsell me. If I owned the place, I'd definitely buy a package from them (asked for the info b4 the service date). 10/10 Will have them back.

As our A/C stopped suddenly, in AZ that’s an emergency. When I called Autumn Air, even though we had a scheduled appointment in two days, the representative insisted that she would dispatch a tech immediately, even though it was late in the day. Gilbert arrived shortly afterwards, made the necessary repair ( replaced a capacitor). As we were signing the paperwork, our second A/C blew a fuse. Gilbert diagnosed the problem & replaced the fuse.
These actions exemplified how Autumn Air treats their customers. I really can’t say enough about the wonderful service Autumn Air provides. Buying from them is one of the best decisions I have made.
