Our air was blowing warm at about 8am in the morning and with a 3 year old, I couldn’t wait long for someone to come out. Called around 815am and they were at the house very quickly checking everything out. The tech that came told me the pipe froze and immediately knew what was wrong. We have an older home, so the handler was also older. He showed me where to find the filter and to make sure it was cleaned monthly to avoid this again in the future. Our air was back to blowing cold air thank god! He did give me some advice on looking into a newer system, no pressure at all! We scheduled for a future appointment for a follow up. Love them! First it was repairs and maintenance of the central air and eventually a replacement unit. All of the techs I have met are fantastic. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. Prices seem reasonable. I returned from a trip yesterday and my AC wouldn’t start. Called them at 8pm and they apologized that they couldn’t get there before 10pm-which I didn’t expect. They were at my place the next morning and my unit was up and running shortly afterwards. read less

They are very professional, and Frank is an excellent technician. He’s a true professional, very knowledgeable, polite, and great at his job. We get two maintenance services every year, then call for any unexpected repairs, which luckily has only been once. They are very responsive, even in the middle of the summer. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 minutes and got me up and running. It has been my experience over the years that many times an air conditioning repair company will use the opportunity of repairing a unit, to immediately recommend replacing the AC . That did not happen in this case even though the unit was approaching the end of its estimated life. Great company to work with that I wholeheartedly recommend! They do what they say they are going to do. read less

They had someone at my house by 1:20 pm and he worked until 4:10 pm to find and fix the problem. It was 113 today and got to be 93 degrees in my house. The service plan and warranty I have with them paid for itself today. Taylor was cool under pressure and never let on that he was frustrated with all the troubleshooting he had to do. I am very pleased with this company! read less

From the time we called we were treated like a friend of family. It was after hours 9:30 pm and we were without a/c for 2 hours. The technician arrived less than an hour after we called. Frank was exceptional. He was very pleasant and professional . He immediately got to work and explained everything he was doing while determining where the problem was. He went into the attic and took photos of the pipe that needed unclogging and made sure we were clear on the repair and the cost before he started . He took care of it quickly and also replaced a capacitor on the unit outside . He was knowledgeable and confident in his approach and super helpful and quickly took care of all of our needs . I can't imagine what a different company might have charged us but the fee was very affordable and again the service provided was exceptional. If you need any air conditioning services choose Autum Air they are the best . Thank you Frank for a great job. read less
