Franky was the tech assign to our home inspection. He was very professional, showed up on time & provided a very professional assessment of the unit for our buyers. I would highly recommend him and Autumn Heating & Cooling again!

Autumn Air is good company and their technicians are great. Recently Taylor visited for the half yearly service of the heating system and experience with him was great once again as usual. He did the inspection of the unit, gave necessary recommendations to keep unit running in a healthy way. Definitely recommend them.

Last summer, I called Autumn Air today due to one of my a/c units going out. Kolby arrived a couple hours after my call and showed me what had happened to my 20 year old system and i agreed to have them replace the unit. The turnaround to getting the new unit was 1 1/2 days but fortunately we had a second unit that helped keep the house comfortable. They have always been very responsive and professional. I recommend Autumn Air.

Frank from Autumn Air fix my air conditioner again. I have an old system and every time it has gone out Frank comes out and services the unit. He is spot on with his diagnostics and communicates effectively. I would highly recommend Autumn to any customer looking for a competent, customer focused company. This company is great and easy to work with. They have multiple time windows to work with when you need to schedule an appointment. My tech is Kolby, great guy and knows his stuff.
I have their maintenance package which is great. They send you reminders when your maintenance is due which is great because I forget.

This place is great! I have been in my hime for 6 years and nearly every year there's an issue wither either our A/C or Heater. I've tried many companies, usually being charged for emergency calls.

We had an issue a few days ago and so I searched for another new company trying to find one that is polite over the phone and won't price gouge me while my family and I are suffering in the heat.

I called in and spoke with an extremely nice young lady only to find out later that she is the daughter of the owner and who the company was named after, Autumn. Autumn was very professional and did her best to answer as many questions as she could without ever making me feel like I was being a bother.

I learned that these guys are a 24/7 service and their rates are the same no matter the time of day. Super cool.

Kolby was my technician and he was very nice and professional. Not only did he offer to cleanup after himself, he even made it a point to wear disposable shoe covers over his boots anytime he was entering the house. Very classy. He diagnosed the issue swiftlyal had us back up and running within 30 mins (that included about 20 minutes of me distracting him). He answered all of my questions I had about our system. I am now much more educated about our system and will likely be making some upgrades soon.

Without a doubt, I recommend this company. 10 out of 10. Additionally, I fully endorse Kolby. Whatever you are paying him I suggest increasing it. It costs companies more to hire a new guy then it does to offer a raise especially cuz there's no guarantee they'll be good and no chance they'll be as good as him.
