Gilbert came in and fixed our upstairs unit within 20 minutes. He was very respectful and didn’t try to push us into buying a whole new unit. We would love it if Gilbert could be our go to guy going forward. Highly recommend!

Autumn Air came out to inspect my unit and clean the condenser coil. Scheduling was easy by phone, two-hour (not four) arrival window was set, reminders texted to me. Taylor showed up on time and explained the 20-point inspection process when asked, then started work on the roof unit. He also examined the evaporator coil and the filters inside the house. While in the unit, Taylor put a rod back in place to prevent some lid sagging and to correct a small fan wobble that I had mentioned. We later discussed any need for a surge protector or hard start kit for the unit and he honestly discouraged both. Once done, Taylor promptly emailed some photos, a five-page system check-up report with stats (blower motor, freon, condenser, etc.), a duct static pressure form and helpful chart, and the invoice. Overall, the experience was productive, informative, and affordable. Taylor, himself, was polite, professional, transparent, truthful, and listened to the customer. I've no reason to not recommend Autumn Air and would use them again.

Autumn Air is the only HVAC company i trust... I've been a customer since 2018 and have always had great experiences with them. Their technicians answer my questions and helps me understand the condition of my system as well as items they're monitoring to ensure my HVAC system works well. The office staff is superb too!

The technician showed up early, which was appreciated, and he was very knowledgeable. He came up with a solution to our AC problem and was very reasonably priced.

Last summer, I called Autumn Air today due to one of my a/c units going out. Kolby arrived a couple hours after my call and showed me what had happened to my 20 year old system and i agreed to have them replace the unit. The turnaround to getting the new unit was 1 1/2 days but fortunately we had a second unit that helped keep the house comfortable. They have always been very responsive and professional. I recommend Autumn Air.

Taylor did a great and thorough job on my HVAC unit. Appreciated the advice he gave for long-term care. Cheyenne was excellent at scheduling and explaining options. Overall it was a great experience .

Our technician Frank was quick to reach out and let us know when he would arrive. He was able to get here and diagnose our problem immediately. The repair was done and came in under the quoted price. Really appreciate the level of communication and professionalism shown. We will definitely be using Autumn Air again!

This company is great and easy to work with. They have multiple time windows to work with when you need to schedule an appointment. My tech is Kolby, great guy and knows his stuff.
I have their maintenance package which is great. They send you reminders when your maintenance is due which is great because I forget.
All in all great company andgreat service!
