First time using Autumn Air and was very impressed by how everything was handled from the beginning. Our air was blowing warm at about 8am in the morning and with a 3 year old, I couldn’t wait long for someone to come out. Called around 815am and they were at the house very quickly checking everything out. The tech that came told me the pipe froze and immediately knew what was wrong. We have an older home, so the handler was also older. He showed me where to find the filter and to make sure it was cleaned monthly to avoid this again in the future. Our air was back to blowing cold air thank god! He did give me some advice on looking into a newer system, no pressure at all! We scheduled for a future appointment for a follow up. Love them! Highly recommended!

I’ve been using Autumn Air for over 10 years. First it was repairs and maintenance of the central air and eventually a replacement unit. All of the techs I have met are fantastic. The office staff are friendly and accommodating. Prices seem reasonable. I returned from a trip yesterday and my AC wouldn’t start. Called them at 8pm and they apologized that they couldn’t get there before 10pm-which I didn’t expect. They were at my place the next morning and my unit was up and running shortly afterwards.

I contacted Autumn Air Heating & Cooling to repair a broken heater in my home. I was incredibly amazed at their level of service, as they were efficient in getting the job done. They had quality parts and all the necessary tools to get it done correctly. The technicians helped answer all my questions with patience and care. Overall, I felt that I received excellent service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating repair services in the Avondale area. Their work is top-notch. I am beyond pleased with their services, not only have they quickly fixed my problem but also provided education on ways to maintain my heating system properly. Highly recommended!

It is hard to find honest people now a days. But let me tell you about autumn air, this is the most honest company I have ever had to deal with. They always come out the same day and even show up earlier than the scheduled time. BIG SHOUT OUT TO COLBY, TAYLOR AND FRANK!! It is always a pleasure to see and speak to these gentleman!! First time using Autumn Air and very pleased. Called at 7am and my A/C was up and working by 10:30am. The tech was Taylor and he was fantastic, right on time and very helpful. He completely took care of issue and had cool air flowing. I was impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and fast professional work. Autumn Air and Taylor are now my go to for A/C work.

I can confidently say that they are my go-to provider for emergency AC services in Avondale! You will not regret trying their services. We recently had an issue with our AC unit a week ago, and I decided to give Autumn Air Heating & Cooling a try for the first time. I'm so glad I did! The service was excellent, from start to finish. They responded quickly to my call, showed up on time, and got straight to work. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem in detail and how he was going to fix it. In no time, my AC was fixed and running like new! Last night we came home to that dreaded moment, where you're hit with a wall of heat...our A/C went out. Too late to make anything happen that night, so first thing this morning we made the call to Autumn Air and within moments an appointment was set, scheduled and made for the same day. In a time where A/C units are going out left and right, extreme temps day after day with no repreive, Autumn Air was still able to get us in for same day service. Before arrival they sent a text letting us know who our technician is going to be and a picture. Upon arrival he was pleasant, kind and took well to my dogs. He went straight to work, we commented on our common interests of Jeeps and before I knew it, my air was back on and running cold. Payment process was easy and sent him on his way with a cold bottle of water. Great service! Thank you 🙂

responded quickly and job well done 👍 My downstair unit not working so a new capacitor was installed, since the upstairs unit’s capacitor is over two years old, I decided to get a new one installed too. The downstair ac cooled down right away so as the upstairs. Very satisfied with the work done. Thank you Frank!
